Puma Scout Evo trainers

Pumascout Looking like a cross between a pair of Vans Slip Ons and the lower half of a Wellington boot, these chunky trainers are about as far removed from a pair of Pumas as you can get. But I like that fact.

Despite their rugged appearance which suggests that you could go on 10 mile hike with them (don't), these Puma Scout Evo (£60) are not-so-casual that you couldn't wear them with a smart pair of slacks and hit the town. And even after that, they'll still look great with jeans, shorts or, if you prefer, nothing at all.
