I’m aware
that we seem to have fallen in love with Puma at Brandish but we just know
a good thing when we see it. Puma’s El Rey’s have many incarnations with an ‘us
versus them’ – with ‘us’ presumably being everyone who buys the trainer -
amongst many, many others.

Their new
variations are the El
Rey storytime. To be honest, they’re not really a proper short story
emblazoned onto your feet, more of half a story that looks pretty good from a
distance. They cost £40, but beware, they can’t replace a book.
