To mark World Aids Day on December 1st, Gap asked Pop magazine Editor, Katie Grand to curate a collection for them as part of the dubious charity Product (Red). For Katie, this meant getting on the blower to a few of her mates and persuading them to design affordable versions of their signature products. Pop magazine have released this T-shirt which bears a collage of photos
of professional fatty Beth Ditto, taken by Steven Klein. The photos are
taken from a shoot which appeared in the last issue of Pop and happens
to have been styled by one Katie Grand. To be fair though, Beth has
never looked better.
The range is available in Gap’s Paris and London flagship stores and also from Colette. 50% of the profits go towards buying anti-retroviral medicine for HIV positive men and women in Africa.
