I have written about Grenson shoes on Brandish a number of times now, but there is a reason for that. The traditional shoemakers have been making classic men’s shoes for over 120 years and are known for their philosophy of ‘Quality first.’ Their classic shoes are one of the great modern wardrobe staples for any man.
They have now collaborated with the preppy British favourites Aubin & Wills on the “Debling Boot”. The boots call upon Grenson’s military history, as a supplier to the British army throughout WWII, and are inspired by the original “Ammunition boot” with it’s 7 eyelets, toe cap and black finish. They have modernized this classic by introducing patent leather to the toe and spine. These definitely not your ordinary work boots and are both sturdy enough to cope with a slushy British winter yet smart enough to be safe for work.
The boots are available here for £349
