Rock ‘n’ roll can be broken down as follows: 10% fashion, 10% music and 110% HAIR. We know that adds up to 130%. That’s why we’re writing for a fashion site and aren’t quantum physicists. For the Sex Pistols, punk was all about anarchy, and second bassist Sid Vicious captured the spirit of the movement better than anyone else. I would have liked to have seen Phil Lynott’s loose afro and Robert Smiths Raven Webb

Could have had the Roy Orbison black shell or the blonde spikey Billy Idol too

Ian brown was a timely and good choice like flock of seagulls too  ( a cure rip off and not as good but still fairly iconic)

the storey behind the flock of seaguls haircut is that he was making it all big and 80s and then the bassist slapped him on the head then he kept it like that, also they thought it looked like bird wangs ….. wings
