Every once in a while a player comes along who is is tipped for greatness, two seasons back one of those was Tom Ince of Blackpool. Son of former footballer Paul Ince, Sky Sports are reporting Tom now has his Premier League move as Hull City close in.

Tom Ince has impressed in the Championship for a number of seasons but last year rejected a move to the top flight with Cardiff City. It was believed Ince preferred a move to a bigger club with Liverpool linked but the deal did not occur leaving Ince in the Championship.

With Blackpool struggling Ince secured a loan deal with Crystal Palace in the January window but would only appear five times, scoring once. Ince, whose father is also his agent, rejected a move to Inter Milan earlier this summer as he seeks to make his name in the English leagues and therefore fight for a national team place.

Ince will become Steve Bruce’s third summer signing at the KC Stadium after Jake Livermore made his loan move permanent and Robert Snodgrass joined from Norwich City for £7m. Ince will be feeling the pressure to perform and make good on the potential seen in him a few years back.
