Spurs ready to off-load 11 players

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino has indicated that he is ready to pull off a mass exodus with his squad to ensure all drift wood is exiled.

Eleven players, that’s the number being floated about regarding how many players could be exiting White Hart Lane and England duo, Aaron Lennon and Andros Townsend are a part of the list.

The Telegraph have reported that Michael Dawson, Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Klye Naughton, Aar0n Lennon, Andros Townsend, Nacer Chadli and Sandro are alson among the list to embark on new clubs.

Pochettino is making no friends and is ready to deliver a heavy hand in getting rid of players he doesn’t see in his new set-up with Spurs.

Tottenham have already brought in Ben Davies and Michel Vorm from Swansea and saw Gilfi Sigurdsson move the other way. After the sale of Gareth Bale, Tottenham splashed the cash on a number of players who have yet to make an impression and it seems Pochettino is ready to correct those wrongs.

With a number of players still on the Argentines wish list, Spurs could yet see a multitude of transfer activity happen at White Hart Lane.

    They don’t!
It’s just a made up story. Made up by one of the very least reputable InterWebz sources and copied, often without attribution by media outlets like The Telegraph. Trace it to its source and that is what you will find.
Essentially, they have compiled a list of players who may be some of the options to be sold, though probably not all will be, and lumped in some players they ‘think’ should be sold/think ‘must’ be for sale because they didn’t have ‘great’ first seasons.

First of all, Spurs have too many midfielders. If the sell players expect them to be from the midfield. Also I don’t believe any list about Spurs midfielders for sale that doesn’t include the name Paulinho.
