We only have a couple of weeks to wait until the Xperia Z3 is rumoured to be announced, but it seems that the final specs have been revealed thanks to detailed listings from TENAA, the Chinese communications regulatory body. While they’re not specifically detailing the Z3 itself, the listings name the phones as Sony L55t and L55u, which are believed to be models of the company’s next flagship device.
So what is there to play with? A 2.5GHz quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM, a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 16GB of internal storage, microSD expansion, a 20.7 megapixel camera, and Android KitKat (4.4). Apparently both models will be available in Black, White, and Amber (most likely similar to gold). Presumably it’ll be waterproof just like the Z1 and Z2.
