Liverpool full-back, Glenn Johnson could be moving away to Anfield as early as January as he is set to become a free agent in the summer. Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers will be hoping to cash in for the England defender before he has to depart the club for nothing.
According to reports from the Mirror, Italian giants, Juventus are said to be interested in bringing in someone of Johnson’s calibre and experience to the club.
A switch to Turin could be on the cards if Juventus can cough up big money wages which Johnson will be hoping for if he is to secure a move abroad.
Former England and Chelsea left back, Ashley Cole left England to join Roma this season and was quickly followed by Manchester City right back Micah Richards who also moved to Italy to link up with Fiorentina on loan. Could Johnson be the third English player to make way for pastures new and ply his trade in Italy?
Liverpool fans, would you want to see Johnson leave Anfield?
