Manchester United fans all have opinions on who Louis Van Gaal should buy with his mega million war chest. According to the Daily Express, Arjen Robben could be set for a Premier League return in January.

Arjen Robben began his professional career with Groningen in his native Netherlands and then moved on to PSV Eindhoven. In the summer of 2004, Chelsea paid €18m to bring Robben to the Premier League as a youngster. He immediately became important to the Stamford Bridge faithful, scoring 15 times in 67 league appearances. The winger then earned a mega €35m move to Spanish giants Real Madrid spending two seasons there, playing 65 matches in all competitions.

Deemed surplus to requirements at Real Madrid, Robben was handed another massive move to German dominators Bayern Munich. Robben has shone at Bayern Munich, becoming a vital component in their domestic and European success. The Dutchman has racked up 116 Bundesliga showings to his name with 62 goals scored in that time. Now he is available for £24m should he request a transfer and it seems clear that he could still do a job in the Premier League.

Robben has plenty of experience under Manchester United boss Louis Van Gaal, many of his 86 Netherlands caps coming under the no-nonsense coach. The Daily Express also report that Van Gaal could make a stunning bid to bring world record transfer Gareth Bale back to the Premier League too. Real Madrid want Marco Reus and Sergio Aguero meaning to fit in with UEFA Financial Fair Play they may have to sell Bale to comply.
