Is Manchester United midfielder, Darren Fletcher set to depart Old Trafford in the January transfer window? It would appear so. The Scottish international’s contract at United runs out in the summer and it seems like United are not willing to offer Fletcher a new deal.
The midfielder has now recovered from a long-standing chronic bowel condition which kept him out of the United side for over a year. Fully fit and raring to go, it appears Fletcher is attracting interest from West Brom and new boss, Tony Pulis according to BBC Sport.
Fletcher has only been involved in only 12 matches during the entire campaign, the latest coming in the FA Cup win at Yeovil on 4 January.
Since making his United debut in March 2003, Fletcher has made over 340 appearances for the Red Devils and was a central part of four Premier League-title winning squads between 2007 and 2011.
Has the time come for Fletcher to leave Old Trafford?
