Chelsea are planning their summer transfer moves with José Mourinho looking to build on a fantastic 2014/15 campaign. The Daily Mirror understand former Barcelona target Juan Cuadrado is top of the Blues’ shopping list.

Juan Cuadrado is 26-years-old and can play as a full-back, wing-back or winger. The Colombian international impressed at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, leading to strong interest from around Europe for his services. Cuadrado began his career with Independiente Medellin and then moved on to Udinese before a loan spell with Leece. In July 2012 he moved to Fiorentina where Cuadrado has since appeared in 84 league matches.

To fund this transfer it is thought Chelsea are willing to listen to offers for both German World Cup winner Andre Schurrle and Egyptian international Mohammed Salah. Schurrle has struggled under Mourinho this season, leading to speculation the 24-year-old could return to the Bundesliga in the summer.

Salah meanwhile rejected interest from Liverpool in the summer window but is now heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge with the 22-year-old having plenty of talent that is being wasted in London. Chelsea fans do you want the 37 capped Colombian Cuadrado?
