Swansea City have had a bid accepted for Southampton midfielder, Jack Cork according to BBC Sport.
Cork, 25, is out of contract at the end of the season so is available for a reduced fee in January and has held talks with the Swans.
Garry Monk will be eager to bolster his squad after receiving a lump sum of £28m from the Wilfried Bony deal. Keen to promote young British talent, Swansea are setting a benchmark for other English teams to adopt. Buying English players and playing attractive football, Monk and co are unearthing exciting talent down at the Liberty.
The centre midfielder, Cork will add quality, competition and stability to the Swans midfield should he put pen to paper. A player who has always been on the periphery of the England senior side, will this move help Cork make that step up to the Three Lions?
