Championship promotion chaser Norwich City have set to add two solid signings to their squad before the end of deadline day. According to reports on Twitter, Cardiff’s Craig Noone is a major wing target whilst Sky Sports confirmed Norwich outbid Burnley for Graham Dorrans.
Craig Noone is 27-years-old and the former roofer from Liverpool is currently one of Cardiff City’s best players. Despite a poor run of form recently, any deal for Noone would be seen as disappointing for Cardiff fans. Norwich want the winger who cost the Bluebirds £1m from Brighton and Hove Albion back in August 2012. Noone starred for Cardiff in the Premier League and would no doubt bolster Norwich’s midfielder should he sign.
Graham Dorrans meanwhile is also 27-years-old and the midfielder currently plays for West Bromwich Albion. Dorrans broke through into Livingston’s first team and played 77 league matches for them. With a loan spell at Partick Thistle he was then given an opportunity to move to England with West Brom in 2008. With 154 league showings for West Brom it seems Dorrans is ready to drop down to the Championship to join Norwich’s promotion push.
Norwich fans, do you think both these players are good signings? Will you get one or both done by the 11pm deadline?
