Southampton boss, Ronald Koeman revealed that he will add at least one more player to his side on transfer deadline day.
Koeman told BBC Sport “We will have at least one player, I think we need that,” Koeman said after the St Mary’s defeat.
Koeman confirmed this week that he is interested in Feyenoord’s Tonny Vilhena and Filip Djuricic of Benfica.
But he would not talk about the progress of those prospective deals on Sunday, saying: “I don’t answer questions about names. But you will know it tomorrow.”
Today, Sky Sports have revealed that Djuricic is on his way to the St Mary’s after a loan move has said to been agreed between the two clubs.
The attacking midfielder was on loan at German said Mainz, but struggled to make an input to the Bundesliga side after 11 appearances at the club.
However, Koeman believes that the Serbian can add something to his high-flying Saints and it looks like the Benfica starlet is on his way to England.
