Well, he’s had a host of clubs linked with him this deadline day; but has Aaron Lennon finally chosen his destination?
The Spurs winger is suggested to be nearing a loan move to Everton after apparently rejecting offers from Hull and Stoke City.
Lennon has struggled to break into Mauricio Pochettino’s side this season and has been given the green light to find a new club for the rest of the season. The pacey winger had been on the international periphery for England but he needs minutes under his belt.
Hull City were the early front runners but it appears that Roberto Martinez’s Everton have pipped the Tigers to the former Leeds United winger.
Yet to be confirmed by the club, however, rumours are snowballing into more concrete evidence that the 27-year-old is on his way to Merseyside.
