The ever-dapper Tine Tempah has been on the press offensive this week after launching his own clothing line, the Disturbing London range, exclusively for Selfridges. A collaboration with streetwear label MH1, the GQ Best Dressed Man of 2012 will also be the face of the upcoming London Menswear Week in June. “At the end of the day, I’m a 23-year-old …
10 pairs of Brogues to put the Spring in your step
Ah, a good old pair of Brogues; the work horse of mens’ wardrobes across the globe, they’re the one pair of shoes as comfortable in the boardroom as they are down the pub. The little pock-marked shoe has come a long way from its humble beginnings as cross-country footwear in Scotland and Ireland (the little holes were intended as drainage …

Love The Look: Kanye and Friends at Paris Menswear A/W 09
Paris Menswear Fashion Week began last Thursday and now that is has finished we are able to fully consider all the fashion inspiration from both on and off the runways. Louis Vuitton SoHo gets Sproused up
Following up from Tuesday’s news of the Louis Vuitton x Stephen Sprouse skateboards are images of the Vuitton SoHo flagship store being made over for the launch. It looks awesome I must say- no point doing these things by half, eh?
Dude! Grab your board and celebrate Stephen Sprouse
What’s the betting that Kanye West wants one of these? He’ll probably get one too, but for us laypeeps these are a little out of our price range- pretty sweet though. The uber exclusive Steven Sprouse x Louis Vuitton skateboards cost a whopping $8,250 and come with a wicked bad trunk. Released this week at Vuitton’s SoHo flagship store, the skateboards and associated merchandise are all covered in the trademark Stephen Sprouse graffiti seen on the Marc Jacobs collaborated bag back in 2001.
Newsflash: Kanye West Designs Trainers for Louis Vuitton
After months of rumours and hipster-praying, Hypebeast has confirmed the rumour that Kanye West is to design a pair of trainers for Louis Vuitton. The trainers appear rather bland (they’re just white high-tops,) but they might prove to be a valuable base for many a winter outift. Kanye tells the online fashion magazine that the trainers are to be released in June of this year.
I wait with bated breath!
Celeb Style: Ashton Kutcher at ‘Flawless’ Premiere
Ashton Kutcher is one of my low-key style icons. Firstly, he started out as a model and it was he who introduced the now infamous ‘trucker cap’ to the fashion scene. Rumours were rife of a fashion collaboration when he was spotted note-taking in the front rows of fashion weeks and now he has provided us with even more style inspiration.
UPDATE! Sean Connery for Louis Vuitton
Annie Leibovitz, Sean Connery, the Bahamas, Marc Jacobs and plenty of Louis Vuitton– sounds like a pretty enticing mix, doesn’t it? Well no longer must it remain a fantasy as WWD has released the ex-007’s advert for the French luxury-fashion house and it’s better than we were expecting. After Keith Richard and Francis Ford Coppola, Leibovitz has again captured a mature cool that is slowly abolishing the bling/label-whore mood often synonymous with Vuitton’s accessories.
License to wear Louis Vuitton
According to WWD Sean Connery, ex Bond and cantankerous old man could be the next face of Louis Vuitton.
WISHLIST: MR P T-Shirt by Tim Lahan
As much as I hate label-whores and Louis Vuitton/Gucci-style designs that are made only for the monogram printed across them, I have to admit that my Sartorial ‘id,’ survives vicariously through Kanye West’s ‘Universecity’ blog.
Often, we catch (not very) subtle glimpses of candy-coloured designer goods but sometimes we’re treated to the odd indie-flash buy. Like this ‘Mr P’ t-shirt designed by Tim Lahan. It’s quirky, fun, lighthearted and a piece that you could wear with anything.
What will happen to Kanye’s collaborations?
I can’t seem to go a day without mentioning Kanye West lately, but this complex post is an interesting one on his various collaborations and the likeliness of them ever appearing in stores. Let us know which one you think will be out first in the poll after the jump.

Fatlace wants to know if Kanye West is homosexual or metrosexual
Fatlace isn’t particularly known for it’s politically correct stance, but nontheless when they asked whether Kanye West was homosexual or not I was still a little surprised. Surely the question should be ‘Does it matter whether Kanye West is homosexual?’ (and the answer should be no).

Gladiator Sandals: Yay or Nay?
(Starting from the left: Bally Vellin sandal $315, H by Hudson Grado sandal £45, Tatami Amira thong sandal €89)
Depending on your viewpoint, sandals are either a great way to give your feet some air during the summer or an abomination that should be banned. This season, the gladiatorial sandal has made its high fashion debut, working its way into the collections of Burberry, Louis Vuitton and Basi. Are you for or against the Russell Crowe look? Vote on the poll after the jump.
Keith Richards gives his top London tips for Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton have made a nice little video with Keith Richards, who describes his favourite bits of London in his trademark 60-a-day voice.
Trends: Watch & Wear- Navy SEAL Zeal
List any of this season’s It-items and chances are they are water-related or wave-inspired. Yes, that means you boat shoe, loafer, plimsoll, striped tee and navy (hello!) blue shirt.
The mood is light yet determined and spray-in-the-face cool. Imagine sea-side escapades (emphasis on the imagine) and sand between your toes as you loosely raise that striped knit from your oversized Jil Sander mesh-holdall.
