Issue 8 of GQ Style magazine is now on the stands. And from the Warhol-esque cover onwards it’s an All-American edition. Inside, Terry Richardson photographs (himself naturally) but also shiny, happy President Obama. We get to read about why New York is so buzzing right now when it comes to menswear – a view I’d really endorse.

It’s no secret that we’re big FM fans at Brandish, and one look at the magazine’s clever art direction, witty articles and embedded fashion editorials will show you why. - this is how one of my friends describes the male models of today. While I don’t quite agree with his overly-harsh and rather sweeping statement, I have to admit that there are times where the men plastered over magazines and high-fashion ad campaigns just seem completely out-of-touch.
