Eley Kishimoto‘s LFW parties are always a relaxed affair; so forget any fashion snootiness because last night’s bash was a friendly, vibrant do with masses of well dressed people.

yu masui gfw street style.jpgCropped trousers can look extremely dodgy; Japanese fashion writer Yu Masui is a wonderful example of how to wear a summery crop. The stripy slacks hit just above the ankle and look great as part of a monochrome outfit.

A simple shirt provides a foil for Yu’s pleated and pearl-embellished Balenciaga accessory, after seeing it I’m tempted to raid my haberdashery stash and knock up a version of my own. The glasses top it all off and add a little humour to the look.
